Logicos Media | Web Design, DTP & Print Solutions

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and services provided by Logicos Media.

Logicos Media is a division of Logicos, registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97161705.

1Definitions

Logicos Media: The service provider — a division of Logicos, De Lijsterbes 25, 6942TM Didam, Netherlands.
Client: The natural or legal person who has entered into an agreement with Logicos Media.
Services: Web design, desktop publishing, printing, print-on-demand, branding, packaging design, and related creative services.
Deliverables: All files, designs, print products, and other materials produced under an agreement.
Agreement: Any arrangement between Logicos Media and the Client for the delivery of Services.

2Scope

2.1

Applicability These terms apply to all quotes, orders, and agreements unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

2.2

Amendments Modifications to the agreement must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

3Quotes & Orders

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quote becomes an agreement once the Client accepts it in writing or by email.

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Additional work outside the original brief will be quoted separately.
Rush orders may incur a surcharge of up to 50%.

4Intellectual Property

4.1

Ownership All intellectual property created by Logicos Media remains our property until full payment is received.

4.2

Licence Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the Deliverables for the agreed purpose.

4.3

Source files Source files (e.g. InDesign, Figma, PSD) are not included unless explicitly agreed in the quote.

5Delivery & Proofing

5.1

Timelines Delivery dates are estimates. Logicos Media will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee specific dates.

5.2

Proofs The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving proofs. Logicos Media is not liable for errors in approved proofs.

5.3

Printing tolerances Minor variations in colour, registration, and quantity (±10%) are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute defects.

6Payment

6.1

Payment terms Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.

6.2

Late payment Overdue invoices incur statutory commercial interest plus reasonable collection costs.

6.3

Deposits For projects over €2,500, a 50% deposit may be required before work commences.

7Liability

Limitation

Logicos Media's total liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions

Logicos Media is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.

7.3

Force majeure Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

9Termination

9.1

By Client The Client may cancel in writing. Work completed and costs incurred up to cancellation will be invoiced.

9.2

By Logicos Media We may suspend or terminate if the Client fails to meet payment obligations or breaches these terms.

10Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
